Valentine’s Day is just a few days away and I love any excuse to mix up a craft cocktail! Craig and I love spending our evenings experimenting and finding new recipes for a refreshment with friends.
In the spirit of the season, I’m sharing my top three favorite pink cocktails that are perfect for your Valentine’s Day Celebration. These are the perfect shade of pink and never too sweet! Raspberry Sage Vodka Collins
We had a girls night, wreath making party a couple of weeks back and I knew I needed a fun craft cocktail. I wanted something that would be well liked and feel feminine, but not too sweet. I tried out this new recipe for a Raspberry Sage Vodka Collins by New Deal Distillery for the party. It was a huge hit and has become my new go-to! I love a Vodka Collins and the raspberry sage twist, is perfection! The perfect zing and not too sweet - this is a must make!
Gin and Tonic is my go-to cocktail of choice every day! (Shout out to Botanist Gin, my absolute favorite, which also reminds me of my best friend Meredith, which makes me love it even more.) I also adore Elderflower and so this twist on the classic G&T is right up my alley. Bright, sparkling and fresh, this is is a must serve! This Elderflower Spanish Gin and Tonic by Craft & Cocktails is perfection!
Tequila isn’t always my favorite, but a good Paloma changes my mind! This Brown Sugar and Sage Paloma by Moments of Sugar is just the ticket. With a silver tequila that is extra smooth and the perfect combination of herby sage with a hint of brown sugar sweetness, this cocktail is perfectly balanced and a crowd pleaser! We served this when we had our new neighbors over for the first time and everyone loved it! I think it will always spark that fond memory now.
